Terms of Service

At WinterWizards Snow Removal, we are committed to ensuring safe and efficient snow removal from residential driveways, walkways, and designated areas, tailored to your needs.


In these terms, "you" or "the customer" refers to individuals or entities engaging in our services, whether through online bookings or contractual agreements. These terms are formatted to outline the responsibilities, limitations, and mutual agreements between WinterWizards Snow Removal (or WinterWizards) and our valued customers. By proceeding with our services, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms, safeguarding a transparent and mutually beneficial relationship.

Service Scope

Our services include snow removal from residential driveways, walkways, and designated areas specified by the customer during the booking. Snow removal will be executed as per the terms agreed when booking for the service.

Service Schedule

We are committed to promptly performing snow removal post-snowfall, adhering to the time-slot chosen by the customer while booking. During heavy snowfall or adverse weather, service times may vary, prioritizing safety and efficient service delivery.

Service Limitations

Our services are limited to the areas explicitly selected by you during the booking process. Please ensure that you accurately specify the areas where you require snow removal. We cannot guarantee service outside of the designated areas chosen by you at the time of booking.

  • Snow Rails:

Our snow removal service aims to provide access to your driveway by clearing the snow rails created by snow plows running on main streets. Please note that regardless of the size of your driveway (e.g., 1-car, 2-car, or 3-car), our service is limited to ensuring access to your driveway by clearing a sufficient width of the snow rails adjacent to your property. We do not guarantee the clearing of wider areas beyond the snow rails. Our primary goal is to facilitate safe and convenient access to your driveway during winter conditions.


Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring unobstructed access to designated areas, including the removal of obstacles or vehicles as instructed. It is imperative to inform us of specific requirements or obstacles in the service area in advance to avoid delays in service delivery.

Payment Terms

Payment method is mandatory when booking online. Payment is due on booking confirmation, unless agreed by both parties in writing. Non-compliance may result in a suspension of services.

Service Interruptions or Cancellations

Customers must provide reasonable notice for cancellations or schedule changes. We reserve the right to cancel or delay services due to unsafe weather or circumstances beyond our control. Cancellation and Refunds, if permitted, will incur transactional charges of 10% of the total booking amount. 

Marketing and Promotion

By providing your name, email, and phone number, you agree to receive marketing communications and promotional offers from WinterWizards. These communications may include special offers, promotions, and updates about our products and services. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time by contacting us directly via email. Please note that even if you opt out of marketing communications, you may still receive transactional or service-related messages regarding your account or any products or services you have purchased from us.

Liability and Indemnification

While exercising utmost care, we expressly disclaim liability for unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions or hidden obstacles during snow removal.  It's important to note that while we strive to mitigate risks, customers acknowledge that certain factors are beyond our control. Customers expressly agree to indemnify and hold WinterWizards harmless against all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from our services. We maintain comprehensive records for each completed service, which assists us in ensuring a high standard of care and professionalism.

Termination of Services

Both parties reserve the right to terminate services for breaches or justifiable reasons with notice via call or email.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice to customers. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of our website and services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
