Cancellation Policy

Monthly Plans commence on the day of booking, and covers you for the next 31 days OR 5 Services, whichever comes first. If you exceed the services included in your plan, we can accommodate a discounted pay-per-visit booking option, and even assist with early plan renewal. Monthly plans can be cancelled as long as you have not used any allotted services (transactional charges will apply). If you do not use all your services, up to 2 services can be rolled over to the next monthly booking.
